According to the Design-Build Institute of America, Design-Build is a project delivery method in which one entity, the design-build team, works under a single contract with the project owner to provide design and construction services. This method creates a unified work flow; starting with design inception continuing through project completion. Most importantly, Design-Build projects save time and money because designers and builders act as one alliance, ultimately fostering collaboration and teamwork.

RA Consultants is leading Design-Build in Ohio. We are teaming with Local and National Contractors to work on: waterlines, sewers, treatment plants, and pump stations. Design-Build project delivery proves to be highly collaborative with enhanced risk management and the earliest guaranteed maximum price (GMP). With the many inherent advantages to using the Design-Build project delivery method, RA Consultants is eager to become a part of this radical change and tackle new obstacles in the process.
