Wastewater Engineering Services

RA’s employees have been active in the municipal wastewater design arena in the Greater Cincinnati area for over 30 years. Recent projects include engineering and design work for Metropolitan Sewer District of Greater Cincinnati, Sanitation District No. 1 of Northern Kentucky, Warren County Water & Sewer Department and many others.

RA’s experience and qualifications include Federal Funding Assistance, Concept Studies, Preliminary Design Studies, System Layout, Design of Collection Systems, Wastewater Treatment Plan Design, and Equalization & Storage Systems. RA’s professionals have experience in designing both large and small wastewater treatment plants (WWTPs), as well as major pumping facilities. Today’s standards also require that the design of sewer systems, including force main and gravity sewers, combined sewer overflows (CSOs) or sanitary sewer overflows (SSOs), pumping stations and storage & equalization basins, consider watershed service area, future flows and ultimate EPA Consent Decree mandates.
