The Path Forward

Louisville Water Company provides “high-quality drinking water” to about 850,000 people in Louisville, Kentucky, and the surrounding areas. In conjunction with the goals of LWC’s Main Replacement and Rehabilitation Program (MRRP), RA has a team of 12 construction inspectors working alongside LWC to ensure the projects are completed while maintaining these goals.  Numerous RA team members work thoroughly to oversee and inspect contractors’ work. 

RA also provides construction inspectors to Louisville MSD.  Louisville MSD is responsible for the wastewater and treatment network and a comprehensive public stormwater drainage system for most of Jefferson County.  These inspectors conform the requirements of the Contract and that the Contractor strictly complies with all applicable laws, rules, regulations of any governing bodies over the Work.
